Job summary

WHBM is seeking an Assistant Manager in Murray, UT to partner with the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless, hospitality-driven customer experience. You will foster a welcoming environment that reflects our brand while driving performance and community engagement.

You will support hiring, development, coaching, and daily operations, leading by example on the sales floor and ensuring inventory, visuals, and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management and replenishment.
