Responsibilities

• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence and guide employees.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers and staff across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
• Ensure quality customer service and promote merchandise and services offered by the store.
