Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Detail-oriented and able to execute operations with precision.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver execution of store processes.

Responsibilities

• Uses all company tools to deliver sales plan and develop associates.
• Identifies gaps in performance and capitalizes on successes using reports.
• Provides ongoing coaching to all associates and fosters an inspiring work environment.
• Recruits and interviews new talent in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Spends majority of time on the sales floor and maintains customer relationships.
• Ensures brand standards and store merchandising are upheld.
• Keeps product knowledge current via company learning tools.
• Communicates brand strategy and promotions clearly to the team.
