Job summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager II to join our Dallas store. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, coach associates, manage merchandising, and recruit talent on the sales floor.

We look for candidates with a high school diploma and 1+ years of retail leadership who can deliver strong customer service, execute brand standards, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining store standards and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Ability to coach and develop associates to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Sell, coach, merchandise, and manage talent acquisition.
• Maintain brand standards and execute promotions and incentives.
• Spends majority on the sales floor and builds customer relationships.
