Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience.
• Expertise in all aspects of store operation.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plans, coaches associates, and drives store objectives.
• Uses reporting tools to spot gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Provides ongoing coaching to support growth and maintain motivation.
• Recruits and interviews with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Pursues self-development via an individual development plan.
• Spends majority of time on the sales floor.
• Develops customer relationships and utilizes brand tools.
• Maintains brand and merchandising standards.
• Stays current on product knowledge for fashion and performance.
• Ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures.
• Communicates brand promotions and incentives clearly to the team.
