GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Charlottesville, VA convenience store. This leadership role emphasizes customer service, operations, and team development with open weekend/holiday availability and rotating second or third shifts.

You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and help drive sales and store standards. You will manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising while keeping a clean, welcoming store and ensuring exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Availability for weekends, holidays, and rotating second/third shifts.
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification.
• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
