Job summary

Chaar is seeking an Assistant Manager in Easton, PA to drive sales and elevate the customer experience. The role supports the store team, maintains displays, and ensures smooth daily operations. You will engage customers, train staff, and help resolve issues to uphold service standards.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, organized, and detail-oriented, with at least 1 year of retail experience and a commitment to the customer-first mindset. Weekend and evening availability is a must.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, “Customer First” mentality.
• Must have open availability including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Intermediate math skills and ability to handle basic calculations.
• Minimum of 1 year retail experience required; experience in pet supply sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales, customer service, and customer engagement.
• Maintain store displays, appearance, and cleanliness.
• Receive, stock, and rotate inventory.
• Assist store manager in training and coaching staff.
