Abercrombie & Fitch Spain, SL is seeking a supervisory level leader to manage daily store operations in Fredericksburg, VA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards.

You will supervise staff, balance staffing and payroll tasks, and ensure accurate visuals and inventory control while acting as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team building and coaching.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with routine procedures.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for service and operations.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and inventory control.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
