What will be your daily pursuit?

Your daily pursuit is leading our retail team in providing excellent guest service and helping guests select souvenirs from their Glacier adventure.

When does this adventure begin?

This role is for the spring/summer 2025 season.

What will you do in this job?

• Manage all retail operations: scheduling, ordering, inventory, merchandising, discipline, etc.
• Invest in team through coaching, training, and teaching.
• Receive and direct shipments and orders.
• Maintain store security policies.
• Balance cash registers and make deposits.
• Attend weekly manager meetings.
• Maintain store displays to encourage sales.
• Enforce policies for sale of alcoholic beverages.
• Assist guests and teammates as needed.
• Perform various job duties as required.

What skills and experience do you need?

• 1-2 years retail management experience.
• Knowledge of costs, labor controls, merchandising, and cash register operation.
• Strong work ethic, organization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to safety and high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexible, helpful, friendly, and positive attitude.
