E&H Ace Hardware in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Full-Time Retail Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales. This leadership role focuses on coaching team members, exceptional customer service, and smooth day-to-day execution on the sales floor.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to create a welcoming, productive retail space, supervise shifts, and ensure accurate merchandising and inventory control.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.).

E&H Ace Hardware is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Store Managers and Dept Leads to support the daily operations at our Family Owned and Locally Operated store in Bainbridge Ohio. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is ready to help drive sales, coach team members, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution on the sales floor.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to create a welcoming, productive, and well-organized retail space - all while helping team members grow and customers get what they need to complete their projects.

What you'll do:

• Supervise daily store operations including opening, closing, and manager-on-duty shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of prior retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to lead others while also working independently
• Familiarity with hardware or home improvement retail is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
