Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, controlling payroll and expenses, coaching a high-performing team of stylists, and delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience for every customer.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail management experience, proven leadership, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts.

• Proven leadership to develop and motivate a team of up to 25.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and brand loyalty through an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Support Store Manager in talent acquisition and onboarding to boost retention.
• Own the sales floor and execute daily store operations with integrity.
• Lead and coach stylists; promote continuous improvement and recognition.
• Uphold Windsor policies and maintain area visuals per guidelines.
• Align with Windsor Merchandising Directive and uphold neat, compliant store standards.
