Sunglass Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager I to support the Store/Multi Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition and retail excellence. The role requires hands-on leadership on the sales floor and a focus on delivering sales objectives.

• 1+ years of experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in execution.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver execution of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes all company tools to deliver sales plan, develop associates and achieve objectives.
• Provides coaching for all associates to support growth and motivation.
• Recruits and interviews to acquire talent in partnership with store leadership.
• Spends majority of time on the sales floor.
• Develops customer relationships and maximizes company tools.
• Maintains brand standards and store merchandising.
• Keeps product knowledge current with learning tools.
• Ensures operational policies and procedures are followed.
• Communicates brand strategy, promotions and incentives clearly to the team.
