Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store associates to deliver a top customer experience and drive KPIs.
• Oversee store operations and ensure brand standards, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Support Omni-channel strategies and fulfill digital orders (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
• Manage payroll hours and create appropriate store schedules.
• Open/close procedures and adherence to company directives.
