Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven customer service ability.
• Ability to lead, coach and supervise staff in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence and participate in recruiting, training and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments; ensure profitability and excellent service.
