Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.

• Lead store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and adherence to policies.
• Perform administrative duties and assist in Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per the service manual and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell Hibbett services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and internal controls; report fraud risks.
