Job summary

Connectivity Source, a T-Mobile authorized retailer, is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Augusta, GA to lead in-store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales with energy and enthusiasm.

You will train and coach team members, manage promotions, and collaborate with the Store Leader to achieve store goals in a fast-paced retail environment, with ample opportunities for advancement and growth.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Benefits subject to policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
