Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Retail Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager to create a high-energy sales floor and exceptional customer service environment in Yelm, WA.

You will inspire and coach the sales team, monitor performance, and implement improvements to achieve and exceed sales goals while representing the T-Mobile Premium Retailer brand with professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• Analysize and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve/exceed goals.
• Able to communicate with leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to create a sales environment with exceptional customer service.
• Inspire and motivate the team; coach on the sales floor.
• Analyze performance and identify areas for improvement to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Communicate with leadership for instructions and feedback.
• Support scheduling and daily operations as needed.

Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $18.50 - $25.00
