You will train and coach team members, analyze performance, and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals while ensuring a professional and welcoming store environment. Qualifikationen

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $15.00 - $17.00
