Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Snoqualmie, WA is hiring a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role.

The position offers starting pay with bonus consideration, at approximately $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, and requires retail management experience and strong customer service skills. You will work with the Store Manager to create a high-performing sales environment, coach the team on the floor, and drive attainment of sales goals while managing schedules, training, and performance

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

Responsibilities
