Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Tiffin, OH is seeking a dynamic T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in creating a high-energy sales environment that delivers outstanding customer service and drives store performance.

You will mentor and motivate the sales team, analyze performance, and communicate with leadership. The role requires evening, weekend and holiday availability, prior retail or customer service experience, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business.
