Job summary

5.11, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in McAllen, TX. You will work alongside the Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, energize the store environment, and uphold 5.11 standards, leading by example and supporting your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, manage inventory and visuals, and ensure compliance and operational excellence while providing a best-in-class customer journey.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work side by side with the Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head‑on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Support store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visuals.
• Maintain high standards throughout the store, ensuring customer focus, compliance, and operational excellence.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
• Ability to support daily operations, manage priorities, and deliver results.

Pay Range:$15.40-$18.00 per hour
