Our retail operation is vital to our mission, generating revenue for programs and services across Kentucky while providing employment opportunities to those facing limited options. Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $15.00/hour
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assume management duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist with merchandise ordering, payroll, scheduling, and financial record-keeping.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates according to Goodwill of Kentucky practices.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service and store maintenance.
• Support loss prevention initiatives.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of progressive retail or manufacturing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
