Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist the Store Manager with retail operations.
• Support sales growth through excellent customer service.
• Maintain store standards to enhance customer experience.
• Help achieve sales and profit goals.
• Train and coach store staff.
• Protect assets and manage inventory shrinkage.
• Collaborate as a team to grow the store and brand.
• Understand and explain merchandise to customers to drive sales.
• Accurately operate the point of sale system.
• Show ownership and accountability.

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
