Job Type: Full-time

Description:

• Provide high-quality customer service to members and guests.
• Assist with merchandise management from delivery to display, including unpacking, pricing, and merchandising.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in the Golf and Racquets Shops.
• Manage inventory levels and place stock orders with approval.
• Oversee soft-good special orders, including placement and follow-up.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts accurately.
• Organize and distribute club uniforms; keep storage areas tidy.
• Understand and enforce club rules and policies.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organized with attention to detail; proficient in POS systems.
• Availability to work mornings, afternoons, holidays, and weekends.
