About the Role

This role involves engaging and connecting with customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in our products, using your knowledge to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit customers. Your responsibilities include providing information on current merchandise, store promotions, and events, while executing operational processes effectively and efficiently. The goal is to bring our brand to life for customers, build brand loyalty, and deliver productivity.

What You'll Do
  • Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and leverage these to provide a premium customer experience.
  • Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently; answer questions quickly and accurately.
  • Offer style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
  • Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as required.
  • Respond courteously and promptly to internal and external requests.
  • Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.
