Job summary

Story Cannabis in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to develop a high-performing team and drive top-line sales growth within the dispensary.

You will coach staff, train on product knowledge, ensure inventory controls and compliance, and partner with leadership to monitor KPIs and labor costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment with previous cannabis experience preferred.
• Experience with point of sale systems and backend compliance tools, such as Dutchie and Metrc.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to recruit and train staff.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Analytical with the ability to set and track store KPIs.
• Open availability with no scheduling conflicts.

Overview:

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time.
