Job summary

Paradise Valley Country Club in Paradise Valley, AZ is seeking a Seasonal, Full-Time Retail Assistant to serve members and guests. The role covers merchandise flow from delivery to display, pricing, and maintaining visual merchandising in Golf and Racquets Shops.

Responsibilities include inventory support, order follow-through with the Director of Retail, managing the soft-good order book, and aiding with monthly inventories.

• Provide a consistent high level of customer service to the membership and their guests.
• Effectively assist with the merchandise flow from delivery to display on the shop floor. This includes unpacking shipments, receiving into POS, pricing, and creating/assisting with merchandise displays.
• Maintaining superior visual merchandising displays in the Golf Shop and Racquets Shop while ensuring daily standards are upheld.
• Assist in making sure proper inventory levels are maintained in the Golf Shop; Placing fill-in stock orders with approval from the Director of Retail.
• Manage and oversee the soft-good special order book and procedure. This includes placing, monitoring, and complete follow-through with soft-good special orders.
• Assist in the running of smooth and accurate inventories at the end of each month.
• Assist with the ordering, organizing, distributing, and maintaining of club uniforms.
• Keep storage rooms neat and organized.
• Understand and enforce club rules and policies.

Position Title: Retail Assistant

Reports To: Director of Retail/Director of Golf

Paradise Valley Country Club is seeking a Seasonal, Full-Time Retail Assistant. Requirements:

Proficiency in Point of Sale systems.
• Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, holidays and weekends
• Must be able to carry, push, and pull minimum 50lb boxes
• Experience preferred in a retail setting with visual merchandising tasks and folding upkeep
