Nordstrom is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to help maintain a safe environment for customers and colleagues. You will support safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and work with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence.

You will monitor CCTV, assist investigations, and collaborate with local law enforcement while ensuring timely safety reports and training for teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience.
• A valid security license is required for select locations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Calm, professional approach to safety situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity.
• Support investigations by gathering data and responding to alarms.
• Enforce safety and security procedures to promote a safe store environment.
• Execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools.
• Complete incident, investigation, and security metric reports.
• Assist in training store teams and coordinate with local law enforcement.
