Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in security or at least 1 year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects building exterior/parking lot for hazards.
• Walks backroom and sales floor to check safety.
• Reviews cashier exception reports and investigates.
• Conducts internal theft surveillance.
• Reviews theft activity reports and follows up.
• Performs shoplifting surveillance.
• Reports safety hazards to Store Leadership.
• Tests and inspects camera equipment for operation.
• Monitors alarm system printer for irregular activity.
• Participates in apprehension and supports litigation if needed.
• Docs and writes incident reports with pertinent facts.
• Testifies in court if required.
• Adheres to safety policies and 200% safety accountability.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
