Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Prior Asset Protection experience in a retail setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish/Creole) is highly desirable.
• Ability to write reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer activities to identify potential theft using floor in-store or field surveillance.
• Complete investigation reports and incident paperwork related to theft.
• Maintain documentation of all Asset Protection activities and audits.
• Conduct audits to identify internal and external fraud across locations.
• Initiate external and internal investigations and obtain information from floor personnel.
• Ensure duties are completed daily, weekly, and monthly as assigned.
• Interact with store management to support Asset Protection insights and actions.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement when assistance is required.
• Protect store assets, property, clients, and employees using precise investigative methods.
• Enforce security policies and procedures; ensure compliance across locations.
• Assist the department in all related Asset Protection activities.
