Brobston Group is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist for our Miami flagship boutique. You will protect employees, customers, merchandise, and facilities by enforcing policies, conducting inspections, and collaborating with store partners to enhance safety and security.

The role requires 1-3 years in asset protection or retail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods while handling merchandise and equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock security and associate compliance with asset protection policies and procedures.
• Conduct facility and safety inspections, audits, and incident reporting, maintaining accurate records.
• Control associate and visitor access, manage keys and safe logs, and oversee outsourced guards.
• Review daily reports, supervise off-site sales, and report theft to asset protection management and local law enforcement.
• Support asset protection training and partner with floor management.
