You will not engage in covert apprehensions; instead you will monitor activity, report findings, and support the Asset Protection team with standardized security procedures and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Stand or move throughout the store for the majority of shift to provide excellent customer service and prevent theft.
• Stoop, kneel or crouch and reach or grasp objects including low shelves.
• Excellent observational skills and ability to recall and describe detailed facts.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and teams.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• Provide customer service to prevent theft and reduce friction by unlocking and securing devices - 60%
• External Theft Reporting and review of habitual offenders in Auror System; proactive intelligence sharing - 30%
• Monitor store compliance with AP programs; report findings to leadership - 10%
• Ensure use of asset protection equipment and labeling programs.
