Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Member at our Maryland location to support store operations, assist customers, stock shelves, and handle cashier duties. The role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer systems knowledge and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with in-store and online inquiries.
• Stock shelves, recover merchandise, and organize back stock areas.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions.
• Assist in signage, pricing, and in-store displays as directed by management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including loss prevention awareness.
• Support store management in daily operational tasks.
