Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations in a calm, professional manner per site protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols at the retail location, parking areas, loading zones and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting concerns to site management.
• Prepare accurate incident and patrol reports and maintain documentation.
