Job summary

Qualifications
- 4+ years of retail management experience or equivalent combination of education.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sites, Sheets, Drive, Docs, Slides).
- Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store operations, ensuring merchandising standards are met.
- Manage freight flow, backroom organization, and inventory levels.
- Develop and coach store associates to support sales and customer service goals.
- Collaborate with Store Team Leader to implement merchandising strategies and optimize inventory turnover.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and programs across all areas.
