Job summary

CPH’s Architectural Team is seeking an Architectural Designer to join a fast-growing program supporting a major client. The role covers design process from schematic through construction administration, with heavy cross‑functional collaboration across disciplines to deliver final construction documents.

Responsibilities include producing design guidelines, templates, and final documents while maintaining established REVIT standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in REVIT, Sketchup and Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet or similar software’s platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to exercise critical thinking and good independent judgement.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively multi‑task and work on multiple projects while adhering to project schedules and budgets.
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate project deadlines.
• Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self‑motivated.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate architectural presentations, design, and construction documents using REVIT.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the project team, including architects, designers, consultants, and clients, to ensure cohesive design integration.
• Research and interpret relevant codes and client requirements to inform design decisions.
• Implement and utilize established REVIT standards, families, and templates to maintain consistency and quality.
• Prepare specifications and review shop drawings for compliance and accuracy.
• Conduct periodic travel for building investigations, measurements, and construction observation, including the preparation of subsequent reports and exhibits.
• Assist in compiling construction plans from all disciplines for submittal to agencies with jurisdiction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
