Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking outgoing and motivated Retail Appointment Setters to represent our company at retail locations, home shows, community events, and local promotions. You will engage with homeowners, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.

This role is primarily on-site across Riverside and surrounding areas, with an office in Murrieta. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required.
• Appointment setting experience is a strong plus.
• Experience scheduling appointments is strongly preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outgoing and professional personality.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners and generate leads.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.
• Represent our brand professionally at events and retail locations.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Travel to assigned retail locations and events within the local territory.
