ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Monkey Junction, NC. This is a high-energy sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and scheduling free in-home consultations for ARS home comfort solutions.

Base pay starts at $17 per hour with commission, with earning potential averaging $20–$30/hour. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, with paid training and growth into HVAC sales advisory

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
