• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure items are properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth operations and priority setting.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and safety standards.
• Uphold all labor laws and store policies.
