Cella is hiring for a contract, on-site role to drive global brand engagement on Amazon. You will manage licensing partnerships, optimize catalog execution, and coordinate timelines with external partners to elevate digital performance for a premier entertainment portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in consumer products or licensing.
• 1-2 years navigating Amazon Retail platforms (Brand Registry, Vendor Central, Seller Central, or Amazon Ads).
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel (VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Strong cross-functional prioritization and effective communication in a matrix environment.

Compensation Range: $25 - 30 per hour

Are you ready to drive global brand engagement by orchestrating high-visibility retail strategies on the world's largest e-commerce platform? In this high-impact, consultative role, you will partner directly with brand leaders to manage Amazon retail programs, optimize catalog execution, and scale global franchise presence. You will serve as a strategic liaison between external licensees, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to elevate digital brand performance across a premier entertainment portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Streamline brand protection strategies by onboarding and whitelisting key licensing partners via Amazon Brand Registry to secure wholesale distribution.
• Optimize e-commerce catalog performance by coordinating accurate Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN) setups, product listings, and promotional timelines with external stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional execution by aligning retail marketing initiatives, creative assets, and exclusive product assortments across internal and external teams.
• Elevate business intelligence by leveraging VLOOKUP and advanced tracking models to synthesize sales data, monitor availability, and present strategy recaps.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience within the consumer products or licensing industry.
• 1-2 years of hands-on expertise navigating Amazon Retail platforms, including Brand Registry, Vendor Central, Seller Central, or Amazon Ads.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented communicator with a strong track record of managing cross-functional priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
