Kforce has a client in Overland Park, KS seeking a highly analytical Business Analytics Manager - Retail to translate data into actionable insights, driving category growth and pricing optimization. You will build automated dashboards, monitor KPIs, and partner with Marketing and Customer Development to convert data into retail strategy.
We value strong SQL/Python or R skills and experience with Tableau or Power BI, Sigma, or DOMO, enabling advanced analytics and data storytelling for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, data science, marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years of data analytics experience with focus on retail, digital analytics, or clean room environments.
- Experience building automated dashboards and scalable reporting solutions.
- Expertise in data visualization and storytelling using Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or DOMO.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and manipulation.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex retail data into high-impact insights for strategy.
- Drive category growth, pricing optimization and performance.
- Lead standardized dashboards with real-time KPI visibility (conversion, AOV, ROAS).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Development to shape retail strategies.
- Provide agile ad hoc analyses to resolve key online performance challenges.
