Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in secure data handling, data science, or transcription within a regulated environment.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using DOMO and Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, transform, and transcribe secure retail data with high integrity.
• Develop predictive models for retention, acquisition, and next-best action.
• Ensure data governance and secure clean room compliance.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align outputs with strategies.
• Automate and scale retail data workflows for self-service analytics.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and BI reporting.
