Job summary

Mammoth Brands, the parent of Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume and Mando, is seeking a Retail Analytics Manager in Bentonville, AR. You will lead comprehensive analytics across brands, partnering with merchants and cross-functional teams to drive category and shopper insights.

You will own performance reporting, build data-driven storytelling, and mentor a growing CIA team, while traveling to key customer meetings 8–10 times per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with syndicated data (Circana/IRI/Nielsen) is required.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary customer and internal analytic support for Retail and brand analytics.
• Develop analytics roadmap and vision to support channel strategy and ad-hoc reporting.
• Mentor and scale processes/tools across the CIA team and partner with merchants.
