Job summary

Colgate is seeking a Data Analytics & Business Process Lead in Overland Park, KS. Hybrid role focusing on data, workforce management, and process testing for the Customer Experience Engagement Center. You will build data solutions, dashboards, and KPI models to improve CX and operational efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years analytics, 2+ years testing, and experience with Excel, SAP, DOMO, SQL, and CCaaS. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
2+ years of systems business testing.
3+ years experience in analytics.
Proficiencies in Excel, Google Suite, SAP, CRM, CCaaS, DOMO, SQL.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data insights and trend reporting.
Lead data metrics development and model staffing strategies.
Analyze customer data to develop AI models and improve operations.
Manage and update dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization.
Evolve data strategy and optimize business processes.
Lead a team to support data analytics and workflow management.
Oversee SAP and product testing for upgrades and integrations.
Stay updated on trends and present measurable goals to leadership.
