Staffingine LLC is seeking an AI Architect or AI Lead with strong Retail domain expertise to drive AI-led transformation and develop scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Location: New Jersey via Hybrid work arrangement. The role involves defining AI strategy, designing scalable AI/ML deployments, leveraging Generative AI and LLMs, and collaborating with stakeholders to push AI adoption across retail functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI Architect or AI Lead.
• Strong understanding of the Retail industry and its business processes.
• Hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI architecture.

Responsabilités

• Define AI architecture and technology strategy aligned with retail business objectives.
• Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for retail use cases.
• Leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based solutions to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to drive AI adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, demand forecasting, personalization, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Lead AI solution design, technical decision-making, and end-to-end implementation.
