Job summary

Vylor, Inc. in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Retail Sales Agronomist for the Brevant Seeds brand to build retailer partnerships, provide agronomic training, and drive demand for the portfolio.

You will train sellers, coordinate with the Retail Business Manager, and execute territory plans to grow sales while delivering high-level agronomy support across corn, soybean, and other crops. A bachelor's in agronomy or related field and 3–5 years of field sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years agronomy and field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to train retailers and influence seller performance.

Responsibilities

• Own relationship with retailers and provide agronomic training.
• Drive demand creation and assist in portfolio planning with retailer sellers.
• Demonstrate product value and coordinate with RBM and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute seller plans to grow territory sales.
• Coordinate with area leaders to align on strategy and support.
