Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks a Retail Sales Agronomist for the Brevant Seeds brand to lead retailer partnerships in Northwest Indiana. You will train sellers, promote the portfolio, and drive demand while coordinating with the RBM and other leaders to execute strategic plans.

The role focuses on agronomy knowledge, selling tactics, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires 3–5 years of agronomy and sales experience, a degree in a related field, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing (or related field).
• 3–5 years agronomy and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to apply selling tactics and influence retailer partners.

Responsibilities

• Own retailer relationships and product training.
• Drive demand creation and team-selling with retailers.
• Coordinate portfolio planning with Retail Business Manager.
• Lead in-field trainings and agronomy meetings with key sellers.
