Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.

Responsibilities

• Supports store management in executing store-related administrative functions.
• Delivers excellent customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Assists in hiring processes and onboarding of new Associates.
• Maintains associate personnel files and handles daily cash office functions.
• Supports scheduling, expense monitoring, and inventory/requisitions for store operations.
• Ensures adequate Associate coverage and communicates priorities with management.
