Newell Brands is seeking a Yankee Candle-Retail 2nd Assistant Manager for West Palm Beach to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving profitable top-line growth.

You will help coach a high-performing team, ensure store standards, and apply selling strategies to maximize sales while maintaining a welcoming, fragrant store environment and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
