Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Resuscitation Educator to design, deliver, and coordinate resuscitation education for staff across the system. You will mentor instructors and ensure standards for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are met in line with accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Licenses & certifications as listed (see qualifications).
• Minimum 4 years of education-focused experience.
• Ability to lead classroom instruction and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Structure the learning environment for resuscitation courses and activities.
• Deliver and evaluate resuscitation training for BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP.
• Mentor and develop new and existing resuscitation instructors.
• Coordinate standardized resuscitation education across Baptist Health.
